Neighborhood Integrity

The vitality and integrity of the City of Richardson’s neighborhoods is a priority in the community. The City has consistently taken a progressive approach to addressing neighborhood issues.  In 1979 the City became the first in the Metroplex to create a Neighborhood Integrity Program.  For more than twenty years, the City’s Neighborhood Integrity Program has focused on strong yet fair and reasonable enforcement of the city’s codes and ordinances.
